Default accord 2008 4 cylinders and V6. what's different?

I exactly made a test drive with both 4 cylinders and V6 accord 2008. and I think there's nothing different between two of them. They start and accelerate as same as each other.I think because V6 has VCM engine. then is have the Eco system that improve the gas mileages. I checked about this VCM. and mechanic says when I freeway they just use 4 cys and in city road, just 3 cys, It just use 6 cylinders when need full speed. But I wonder when It will give me full speed.I try to push 80 mph on freeway. and It accelerates real amazing. I mean on V6, it's slower than I think. Not keep me stick in seat.Everyone has any opinions about this?if could, I just think about 4 cylinders. Because It's not much different between each one.and get good gas mileages.

The v6 one has quite a bit more power, but if youre never going to use it, its pointless to have. Id go for the 4 banger.

well, a v6 is exactly that: an engine with a "V" configuration with six cylinders. in hondas especially, the difference between 4c and 6c is usually about .8L in the engine.

V6 is always quiet, smooth and has more power compared with the 4 cyl one, but since you test drove both of them and you think there is no difference, go with 4 cyl one to save some money and gas.We got information that a dealer is giving out 08 Accords for $1,500 under invoice.
