Default Subwoofer for 96 Civic

This is my first time on the site, and this is the only place it's letting me post. Hopefully it's in the right spot.

I've heard rumors that there are only a select number of subwoofers you can put in a civic, because of it being such a small battery or whatever (not a big car guy, so I don't know). I'm just curious as to what kinds of things I should be looking for to just get a basic sub in my car.
