Default need help doin a engine and trans swap

i have a 91' civic hatch with a d15b1. im swapping a d16y8 into it. i need a few questions answered. how do convert from a cable clutch to a hydro clutch?
what axles do i use? what r some pointers i need to do the swap correctly?
