Default what are the procedures in servicing a cylinder head on a honda accord 1990?
And what will i need , the mileage on it is above 190,000

you can't do it yourself. you need to machine the surface, remove the valves and grind them and reface the valve seats and replace the valve stem seals. and you have to lap the valves
