How do i remove the Shifter knob on my 1998 Honda Accord?( Manual Transmission)?
the question speaks for itself. I want to buy an after market shifter knob for my 1998 accord. On the shifter knob packaging it says to counter=screw the knob on most carsI havent bought it yet..I read that in the store so i tried to see if mine would screw off like it said. In this car its not the case though. Please tell me what i should do . Any screws or removable clips i should know about? I seek an answer not an opinion. Thanks alot guys.

most of the boots and shift knobs on all imports are screw on. remove the boot and the try to twist the knob counter clock wise. that should help =)ive had so many tunners that i fix then sell =)i get tired of them =)
