is $6,000 a bad or good deal for a 2002 honda civic LX with 175,000 miles,4 door, and 1 owner?

That sounds like a lot for a car with that many miles, I don't care if it's a Honda or not. Honda's resale value is WAY over what it should be. Even still, that seems high.

according to kelley blue book, you should be paying around $7,000 - $8,000 for a civic of that condition. however, 175,000 miles seems like kind of a lot.

It's a bad deal. It has too many miles. Personally, I would pay $3500 for that car, if it's in pristine condition.

Hell no, a civic with that many miles and 4 door? LX? should be like 3 or 4 grand. My advice is dont get it.

no..i would never go for that..you could find one with under 100,000 miles for under 5,000 dollars...so just take your time and look around
