if you have the original tires and they are not 19" inner diameter you will have to buy new tires. I don't believe the original tires are 19" so the answer is yes, you'll have to buy new tiresedit--the stock rims are 18" rims so the tires will be too small to fit on the 19" rim.

Yes, you will need to buy new tires for your new rims. Your stock tires are wide or thin enough to fit the 19's. Keep in mind, those rims are really heavy, and the tires will add even more weight. That extra weight leads to longer stopping distance, a little more fuel consumption, as well as a few other things... but as long as they look good, it doesn't really matter.
