Default Need to know model of a certain rim

Hi, quick question to all, would anybody know if this rim is from a late 80's model prelude or civic? What year is this rim from? I currently have three and i need one more to complete the set, would anybody know where i can find this rim?
Or the minimum, from which car is this stock rim from. The rim i am talking about is my profile picture.

You can also see it here: http://i37.tinypic.com/8yt9qd.jpg

Any help would greatly be appreciated, thanks.
