ok 41 is o2 sensor,I believe theres only one on the 92' accord.make sure theres not 2 o2 sensors. follow your piping to the catalyc converter.is it pluged in ok?check the wires.did u reset your ecu?unplug negative from battery for a minute then plug bak in.this will reset.or take ecu fuse off for a minute, that will reset also.
