are honda preludes sport cars i need answer fast

Proper sports cars are two seat roadsters, but two seat closed top cars qualify as well. A Prelude(IMO) is a sports coupe and a nice one at that, but not a sports car.

There are upper models of the prelude that have a higher output engine. SH type preludes are considered a sports car and the prelude might be too because its a 2door only vehicle. Its only a 4 cyl tho.. so i would say no if its not the SH type

Kind of but not to the fullest because its front wheel drive.

Yes.They are sport coupes, which is a type of sports car.This was Honda's first sportscar.When it came out, it was the best handling car in the world beating Ferrari's and Porsche's in handling tests.And the newest 1997-2001 Preludes are still some of the best handling sportscars you can buy.

in my opinion i think the prelude are heavy but i dont think it will out peform a 96 or 98 spec type r on the track

yes, had one. i had to pay insurance and that's when i questioned the agent, "why so much." he says,"beacuase it's a sports car, thats why."there isn't very much of a back seat in the prelude. it is made for two midgets with no legs to sit in the back. knida like a mustang.
