Default 2004 Accord Problem, Need Help!!

I just changed the plugs in my accord and when i took it for a spin, it acts like it has a rev limiter at about 2800 RMPs that was never there before. I rechecked the gapping and check to see if i pulled a connector loose but cannot find anything wrong. Anyone have any ideas.
