I dont think that should happen.it is not good to put water in a gas tank which means it was not made that way.so you probably need to fix your gas intake pipes. or wherever the leak is at

there is big hose from the fuel filler point of the car to fuel tank. when its broke the water goes inside the tank because when the car is moving on road the tyre throws the water on hose and the water goes inside the fuel tank

The only way tis would happen is if your fuel filler neck is corroded. Honda actually had a recall for this year. I can send you a pdf file if you like.or...
