Have to take the door apart. Not an easy job. Then, all you will be able to do is raise the window. You won't be able to move it up and down any longer. If you cannot fix the power window, you might be able to replace it with a hand-crank system. But also not an easy job.

I have a friend's whose window is similar, an easy fix for it before you actually get is fixed, is to pull up on the winder as you press the button. If you pull hard enough the window should come up. If it doesn't start moving right away, just wiggle it a little bit. It works for him and his motor is busted.
