Default Racing Idle 1990 Honda Accord

I actually have 2 questions.
My Car: 1990 Honda Accord 170k manual trans AC 4cyl 2dr.

1. The round plastic piece that keep my drivers (passenger window is fine of course) window in the rubber trim around the window broke. What is that piece called and is there any place I can get ? Ive done some searching but cant seem to find one.

2. After driving for about 15 mins the idle starts to race. Usually between 1k-2k/25k. Its weird because it just seems like it happens in the afternoon on the way home from work. In the morning seems ok.

Thanks in advance.
