Default Rubbing On 2002 CRV 2.0 ivtec SE Sport

My CRV has developed a rubbing sensation when turning at slow speeds (gets worse the more lock you put on) it is most apparant when turning into parking spaces.

At nomal speeds it is fine.

Any idea's greatly recvd
