If you're in California, check to see if the aftermarket parts on your car are CARB approved and for your vehicle. If so, you should be able to have a ref sign your ticket off, though you may want to make a point to the judge that your car was legal to begin with.If the parts don't carry CARB approval, you'll need to swap the stock parts back in before seeing a ref, and unless you have more money than time, its normally pays talking to the judge, rather than just paying the ticket off.

that's to bad. any one should know that the cops are only looking for those type of car because you swap the engine and you make it go faster than their V8 which make them jealous so I will say just put original stuffs or parts back and get the ticket sing of. good luck.

Francise M, is wrong on so many levels, the police have cars in Cali that would walk all over your Honda, you got a ticket because your car was illegal, fix it and you wont get bothered any more.
