Default Any Honda Fit owners out there??

Hi, I'll be getting my first car in a few months and I've pretty much decided on the 2009 Honda Fit, which comes out in September. I was wondering if anybody who owns or has experience with the Honda Fit could tell me how they like it and any problems you may have encountered. I've researched it a lot and if you're thinking about recommending a different car for me, then stop here. =) I would like to hear from Honda Fit owners or anyone who has experience with it.Thank you! =)Here's a picture of the new 2009 Honda Fit if anyone's interested:http://image.motortrend.com/f/auto_s...rter_view.jpgI love it!Yeah, they say it gets 27/34 for an automatic, but I've heard people saying they can get into the 40's. I'm hopeful though! I'm also deciding between the basic or the Sport version? Is it really worth it to spend another $2000 for the Sport version?I was planning on getting the brighter blue color (not sure what the official name is), but here's a picture:http://image.motortrend.com/f/auto_s...ew.jpgSorry!!! Wrong link for the color! Here's the right one:http://static.flickr.com/74/179041894_f41f1d1d89.jpg

its a really neat, cute, compact car for young people, but i am really suprised that it doesnt get as good gas mileage as it looks like it would.kinda dissapointed.only gets bout 30.

we have one and its great. but remember you are getting it because it is a great commuter. it is by no means a fast car. we get 27mpg real work, mix of highway and city (mostly city).the sport package is a must. it adds the body kit which makes the car look less like a mini minivan. it is very roomy inside for how small it it is. roomy in head room not in shoulder room (the car is very narrow).

I love my orange Fit. I get about 34-36 mpg. I have had it just a little over 1 year now and have to say my only complaint is no leather seats (easy remedy with after market). I love how much room there is inside. I love how the seats fold up and down. The front seat can lay completely flat so that you can sit in the back with your feet up (never had an urge to do that but its nice to know I can) The back speakers have much to be desired (and the front aren't great) but again, that's an easy fix. Its a great car, you'll love it.BTW what color you looking at getting?
