Default 98 Honda Accord Overheating????

I have a 98 honda accord that has been overheating lately. we had the water pump, belts (because of the water pump), thermostat all replaced... the hoses are all new, so its not a problem from there, and the coolant level seems to be fine. but after about an hour or so driving from the shop, the car started to get hot when we stopped for food. It was fine while driving, just once we stopped it started to get hot. After letting it sit while we ate, the car was fine for the remainder of our trip (approx. 130 miles), and it did not start to get hot when we stopped at our destination. Anyone have any thoughts on why this happened? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks
