Default 1994 Honda Accord going dead........

my honda is going dead at a stop when the a/c is on, but when i turn it off it works fine stays running, i got my alternator and battery checked and everything is fine. i got a plug in volt meter and when i have my a/c on and come to a stop it goes down to 12.6 volts but when i give it gas it goes back to 14volts my belts are tight and my charging system id good. i have a 90 amp alt. do i need to go up to a 100amp or get a a/c relay
