depending on the extent of UV damage, I have recovered them with multiple sandpaper processes. 600 grit dry, 600 grit wet, 1000 grit dry, 1000 grit wet, 1500 grit dry, 1500 grit wet and then start on the plastic cleaners and waxes.THere are kits on the web you can use but they all come down to removing the oxidized outer layers and polishing down to smooth again. Some individuals have started a business of this if you don't have the time.

Yes,like the other answers state the haze is on the outside.Commercial products designed for this do work....however in my experience...the haze will come back quicker.If you plan to keep the vehicle,consider replacements.
