Default '94 honda accord loses power when i go around turns....

i just bought a 94 accord and its losing power when we go around turns..like it does not want to accelerate(feels like its in neutral) until its straight again.ive noticed that sometimes it will do that even when it is going straight (but not alot) anyone have any ideas on whats going on with it?maybe it needs transmission fluid or something ?? one more thing i noticed there is like oily spots on the back bumper and all over the back of the trunk part too
i know this car needs a little tlc and will be an awesome car i just need to know what to do to it fix these problems
thanks so much
