limited to 4,000 rpm?
I own a 2001 accord 4 cylinder manual transmission.
Recently the rev limiter started kicking in at about 4,000 rpms. Not such a big deal until you really need it. I'm trying to avoid paying too much, or anything if it's something I might be able to handle. Little over due on the oil change, but otherwise has never been neglected for service. Any advice would be appreciated. thanks, steve

P.S. it's not just when I'm in neutral, and the problems seems to come and go as it pleases. no specific weather.
