Post 91 accord lx coupe

im a college freshman n my 91 honda accord coupe won't stay running. it will start (sometims i hav to pop start) and run but once i start driving and then come to a stop it shuts down again. i don't know where to start to fi it. and i really need this car its my only form of transportation to home, school, and work. help would be greatly welcome.
