Default Will 215/40ZR18 Tires fit on a 07 Civic?

I want a certain pair of wheels for my civic and the smallest they make is 18". The tires they recommend is 215/40RZ18. Will this fit? Will I have any issues I need to know about? The tires and wheels are from tirerack.com.

it depends on the civic trim. i have 18 in. rims on my 08 civic but it's the si trim. if you have any other trim its going to slow down your car, and be too heavy for your suspension.
