Default Honda Integra Does Not Start

I have a 1990 Honda Integra, I had recently changed the spark plugs and air filter and the Distributor was changed about 6 months ago as it failed according to the mechanic.

I was driving the car when it suddenly cut out, it did not make any type of noise or jerk it just cut out. When I tried to start it again it would not start. It cranks well but does not start, I also done the re-solder trick to the Main Fuel Relay recently to fix the problems it had with starting.

Does anyone know what could be the problem this time? Is it the coil or something else?

Is it hard to change the fuel filter, the car was on low fuel when it cut out but it is not because of low fuel that it is not starting as it still has around 3L left in the tank.

I can hear the fuel pump humming when I turn the key so I don't think it is the fuel pump.

As far as replacing the fuel filter, its not hard. Just remember after you replace the fuel filter it may not start right away, but give it a few cranks...

I had the car tested and the person said it is my coil that has gone bad as there is no spark at the distributor, is it hard to change the coil inside the distributor?
