Thinking about buying a used accord, 2003, v-6, 67000 miles, 1-owner.... but am worried about the reliability... anyone own one or know someone that has one? Any major problems with this car?

I have an '03 Accord 4 Cyl. with 112k miles on it and it's runs and looks like it's new! I honestly wouldn't be worried about the reliability, Honda's are built well and made to last. The only thing that you should be aware of before you buy it, is that around 100k miles you'll need the 100k tune up... valve adjustment, timing belt replacement, new spark plugs and wires, check and replace different fluid levels, etc. The only problem I had (other Accord owners had this problem too) was the radio's LCD display went dark, everything works but you can't see anything. Honda extended the warranty for 7 years/ 100,000 miles on the radio... it costs $1k if you have to pay for it. Other than that, the car has been perfect and I'd most definitely suggest you buy it.
