Default Need some help on the maintenance

Hi all,

I have a 2005 Accord EX V6, currenly have 29K miles on it. I purchased the car in California, and now I am taking a half year vacation in Oregon. So now I do have time to learn and do some maintenance by myself. DIY

The dealer in Oregon told me to do a 30K maintenance, which is $250, and the service includes:
- Replace air filter
- Replace pollen filter
- Engine oil and filter change
- Rotate tires
- Perform 40 pt. inspection

They also suggest me to change Transmission Fluid. Their Automatic Transmission Fluid Exchange Service, costs $140. (I believe this is tranny flush, right?) And their Drain & Refill Automatic Transmission service is $70.

After read most of the posts here for hours, I decided just send the car to the deal to do the Lube, Oil, and Filter Change $33, includes:
- Replace engine oil and filter
- Perform 20pt. Inspection

Then I could do these by myself:
- Replace air filter
- Replace pollen filter
- Rotate tires

And here are my questions:
1. Do I need to change my transmission fluid as they recommand? I changed the Transmission Fluid with 15K miles Service in California Honda Dealer since I told them the shifting is not very smooth. I just checked the fluid, it is still kinda pink red, not too brown or darker. ( I could take a picture later and upload it)
2. Do I need to change Breake Fluid?
3. Do I have to use Honda Coolant due to the service manual?
4. Any other suggestions?

I am sorry for the long post and yes, i am a NEWBIE~hehe

Thank you
