1996 honda civic ex
Okay i just got a 1996 honda civic ex for my first car, ya im only 16, but i took it for a drive the other day and it just didnt seem to pick up speed after like 40 mph or so. So im just wondering wat i could do to make it a little quicker. I've got a budget of 700$ so not too much. I'd appreciate some advice
