it is in the range you should get , you can make sure they use the right weight oil ( 5w-20 ) when you get oil changed, tire psi just because u have the TPMS system u still need to keep the tires up since it has to get below 28 psi on the civic to turn the light on, also make sure your not carry'n a bunch of stuff that you dont need in the car reduce the amount of load your car has to haul around, the civic does really good on mpg but this will also help . a/c dosent effect mpg's on your model like other car lines the compressor will shut off during accelerating and dosent add much drag as they did in the past...
