Default what is that decal I see on Hondas; teardrop shape, half yellow and half red?
Does it represent a brand name?

Its a badge meaning that you are a new or experienced driver in Japan. There is a tear drop and arrow head looking like badge. The one that you are asking about is I believe the experienced driver badge or the other way around I don't remember.

Yup he's right, red and yellow is "experienced driver" and the green and yellow is "new driver". But its not just a Honda thing its used in japan.
