Default Blower resistor keeps failing

Hi All,

My wifes 93 Civics blower resistor went out ( 1 & 2 speeds), I pulled the resistor saw the break and replaced it. A few days later my wife said it that the 1 and 2 fan speed quit again. At inspection it was the same break as before.

Any ideas on what to check next?

thanks,

Boomer
