Look at the headers, thats a good thing to do as well. If you got intake, headers & exhaust done, maybe get your ECU reflashed, if you tune it right you can get a good gain out of it. Other than that, you can do cams, but those are expensive.

once your breathing mods are done i'd do the ecu, you could get a shop to chip it for your setup for a pretty low cost ($80 give or take) but don't take it to just anywhere use a well known shop. other than intake, header, exhaust and ecu tune there aren't really any other cheap mods with great gains, unless you consider cams, intake manifold, fuel pump, injectors, flywheel etc cheap, you can get some of these at a reasonable price but not real cheap. you could get a hondata intake manifold gasket for around $60, and if you don't live in a cold climate you could bypass the tb coolant lines (for $5 maybe), that will keep your IM cooler, won't be real significant but it is an improvement. some freebies would be getting rid of weight, and remove the power steering belt because that car is light enough to turn relatively easy without it. you could also remove the a/c belt (if you don't mind the heat), getting rid of that parasitic drag won't be a real significant change but for such an easy free improvement... why not. make sure your plugs and wires are in good shape but unfortunately upgrading them will not make much of a difference without upgrading the distributor, coil and so on.hope i gave you a few ideas at least, keep in mind the mods i said you could do for cheap or free are not exactly wow mods but they are a step in the right direction without having to spend much money.
