If everything was replaced on time as in schedule (and water pump was replaced with the timing belt), I have to say Alternator or Wheel Bearing. If driven on high way most of the time, I would have to go with Alternator (usually goes around 120K for Honda). But if driven in city, I would have to go with wheel bearing.

id have to say....your tires. or maybe the brakes. just a wild shot in the dark though. my civic the cv joints went out first though so..you never really know. depends how you drive it. when it happens it happens just make sure you have some extra money put away so your not in a tight spot when the time comes.

since its serviced regularly...i say that the first thing to go wrong is not from the car but from you getting to an accident....of some sort
