Default 93 civic ex coupe 2 dr?

i want to put this in my 93 civic ex http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=260249811523 but i dont know if it will fit, because i think the cup holders will be in the way and also will i have to take out the peice thats under the stereo that will be replaced by this?

It replaces the area of the cup holder , as well as the part under the stereo (with the little pocket with the door and the ash tray area). There are some pics of it installed in this link:http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1992260
