Arrow 1988 Honda Civic DX Won't IDLE

Computer Blinking Code 4, Code 8, Code 15. Just replaced the Distributer (complete) Replaced Fuel Filter and checked Fuel Pump Pressure. Throttle Cable is smooth (no kinks) Engine will start and continue to run under high RPM But Won't Idle. Any help in which direction I should look? Thanks
