Exclamation 91 accord cold air whistling noise

I just installed a new short ram intake and while driving i noticed a farely loud and ubnawkshis whilstling noise that sounds like its air related. I know an aftermarket intake will whistle and this one does as well, but only when i stomp on it or rev it in neutral. the bad whistling noise is farely loud and seems like it could be heard from a good distance away. at first i thought it could be the intake actuator for the stock intake which opens a flap for the intake when the car is turned on, but i disconected the vaccum line from it and it still happened. a key thing is that it only happens when the gas pedal is at a certain height and/or if i slowly push on the gas pedal (in gear/moving) it will stay constantely whistling. If anyone else has had this problem and knows what to do it would be great help. Thanks- Eazy
