Default 2008 accord coupe headlights?

hello i have a 2008 accord coupe and i wanted to change the headlight bulbs on it. The ones that fit in my car are h11 55w. I found these bulbs on ebay....http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...:MOTORS:1123so i was woundering will these bulbs really fit in my 08 coupe?will i need the hid kit just to put these in? or do i just take my old ones and put these in and they start working? please help... need answers asap. thx

you should be able to remove your old ones and replace with the new ones

Those are not true HID bulbs. True HID bulbs are one like this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/H1-H3...genameZWDVWand they include a Ballast. Those bulbs you linked too will fit in your car, but its not true HID, those are just halogen bulbs made to look like HID bulbs. $52 is a lot for halogen bulbs. Oh and by the way, the kyrpton blue Luminics bulbs have a lot less visibility then the stock lights. I've seen it first hand, has a nice blue color, but you can't see anything like you did with stock.

Yes they will fit, its not an hid kit, just hid imitation bulbs. Real hid kits come with a ballast.

you might need the converter, go to autozone or a cars part store and look at the bottom of the connections for your vehicle ( the original bulbs), and look at the h11 types.. good luck..

They will fit but if I were you, I'll get a true hid kit . You can get then for under $100 on ebay. Spend 30 more and get the real thing
