For 3 grand? I would talk him down as much as you can. Body kits and wings almost NEVER add any value to your car when selling it.

I am sure the JDM corners arent JDM since JDM is one piece head light and corner light, and springs sure ebay. Its ok deal if you like that stuff.

I agree with Stan L. Any and all body mods are what the original owner wanted to spend money on. They are not necessarily worth anything to you-unless you like the mods. Personally, I make modifications to my vehicle and never expect to get the money out of the mods when I sell it. If it were a del Sol with 150K, I would not pay more than $2000. You should ask about if the timing belt and water pump were changed recently-it's a $500+ job and will ruin the engine if the belt brakes. Good Luck with the car.

there is no way i'd spend that much on only exterior mods especially since scammsters like to fix up the exterior to hide problems with the engine.......make sure its clean title also!! as for me I like go not all show!!

Definetly about 3,000 because you are going to want to fix the small things like the door handle. Plus it's 15 yrs. old. It's worth it though especially if you want to put money into it, like an air intake, or exhaust pipe, My husband bought his hatckback civic for 3,000 now it's worth 5,000 because of the amount of work he put into it. Plus your car looks really nice you will get lots of compliments on it.

not a good deal at all..first of all del sols are cows(sloooow) all dat stuff it has is pure rice because the motor is stock..if u lik hondas a much better choice for under 3 gs would b a civic hatch with probbly a swaped motor already n rims ....(theyre pretty quik) or a prelude i own one n i recomend evryone to get one and see for themselves

Well Im from B.C. Canada and teh Del Sol is about as rare as a Ferrari here.... 3G sounds about right fro my market area.. HOWEVER I WOULD NO BOTHRE TO BE HONEST. Go prelude or Civic... youll be MUCH happier long term.
