Default my 00 civic takes a bit to start?

i just changed the head on my b16a2 block, and ever since that, my car takes a long time to start up

Loose hose or vacuum leak? Bad coil and cap? Also check the rotor, the hold down screw loosens and the rotor will rotate until it is out of time. Cam Timing off?

it may be your spark plugs i had that problem before. try to use DENSO spark plugs theyre japaneese and work better.
