Go with short air intake and Header exhaust pipes. If you have some more money left over you can go with cat back swap.I have a 94 Civic EX and I love my upgrade (no cat back). It makes a big difference. The car is sedate in everyday traffic. But if I drop the throttle - this little mouse roars !!Good Luck...

A good tuneup: plugs, wires, filters, seals and lubrication.
