Default 1997 Honda Prelude?

Automatic, Front Wheel Drive, 4-Cyl. 2.2L VTEC, 95,082 km... That is all I know about the car. It has low kms and its a nice car. But I don't know. I like Preludes but its 11 years old. Should I buy it. I mean, is it any good? And gas? I read that you can't use regular gas. Is that true? I hope not. Can you get away with not using preminum?

My personal opinion (and I think others would agree) is that this would be a great car. I've owned several Honda Preludes, and all of them have been great. It will be reliable, fun to drive and easy to maintain. If you're an avid automotive enthusiast, this would also be a great car to work on.The kms are certainly low considering the age, so you may have stumbled upon a very nice find. Take the car for a test drive and see how she runs. I've found Honda Prelude forums such as http://www.preludedriver.com to be great places to ask for tips on what to watch for during a test drive. On a financial note, a Honda Prelude will not depreciate very quickly at all. If you take car of this car and get it for a great price, the overall cost of ownership will be low when you choose to sell. No, you don't have to use Premium. The H22A engine in that car will run fine on regular.

Honda is the most reliable brand. The Prelude has lots of power. 195HP to be exact. It can last over 350,000km easily.I have a 13 year old car and it is fine.
