Default Will not start changed main relay

Hello all I just got a 91 accord and was out running around when it will not start after running fine before. I had just put some new fuses in right before. They were the side mirror and radio if I remember right. I have already replaced the Main relay and I don't want to just start throwing money at it hoping to fix it. It's in a parking lot and I hope to fix it so it does not get towed. Thanks for any help.
