the center nut shouldn't have to come off, remove the caliper bolts, slide the caliper off, the rotor should come off fairly easily (use a few light pops with a sledgehammer if you've already removed the caliper)...as rust tends to hold those things on...

the other posters are correct the center nut does not have to come off only the brake caliper. sometimes the rotor has two philips head screws and those are what needs to get taken off to get the rotor off. you will never get them off by hand, you need to get a impact screw driver. those are special tools for removing those bolts like that. that impact screw driver does not use air its basically just a screw driver that you hit with a hammer and it turns the screw out when you hit it with the hammer. other than the two screws if you still have a hard time then its just rust. if you have new rotors i would just keep hitting the old rotors off with a regular hammer. if you want to resurface the old ones, even though the new ones for a haonda are 10-20 dollars only, then there are two other screw holes on the rotor for you to stick two different screws in to slowly make the rotor come off with out hittng it with the hammer to damage the old rotor
