Default i have a 91 honda prelude si, left retractable headlight inop.?

left headlight inop due to joint connector on actuator arm fell out. how do i go about getting to actuator arm to fix? remove headlight motor? remove headlight assembly?

Join www.preludepower.com and go into the "3rd gen" section of the board and ask them there. Its the biggest 3rd generation prelude owners site online, i'm sure they will be very glad to help you out. They can probably get your really detailed instructions or even pictures to help you out. The guys/gals on there know what they are doing, check it out!
