Hey. Im new to the scene of making cars ride and look good. I would like to swap my stock engine to a V Tec. I have a 1990 Civic Hatchback. Great condition. But wanna swap it out for a vtec. What vtec head should i get? Like i need details. If i get the vtec head what will i need for it to run and be in great condition? What will make it work?

Performance. I am going to go all out. But need some help with what is great products. Like what companies should i go with for the certain part.
Cold intake?
Header?
Exhaust?
Lowering coilovers?
Ect.

And should i get a turbo charger in it? If so what will be needed to get it working. Like i said. I am new to the scene. Thank you for all the help.
