Default Cost of clutch repair on an old Civic?
Hey guys, I have a 1990 Honda CRX (Civic) that needs a new clutch. No one around here will quote me an estimate. What do you think a good ballpark cost would be of a clutch replacement from a mechanic (not dealership). I live in Dallas, TX if that helps.Thanks,--C

around 120 and the highest will be 190 bucks. look on ebay .

a clutch for a civic will cost you anywhere from about $500 to $850 Labor is higher than the actual parts .... labor alone will be $400-$600

no it will be about 400-500 but if you do it yourself its under 150 so that choice is yours its not that hard to do a clutch
