I have a 99 civic ex and i want to buy rims that are the same size as my stock ones just to give it a better look. Is it possible to use the same tires just switch them over or no?

Of course it's ok to swap. Same wheel size will fit same tire. If you take your foot out of your size 12 shoe and put it in another size 12 shoe will it fit???? Don't be dumb..

You can use the same tires since the rims will be the same as stock. How old are the tires? Make sure they have a good amount of treadlife left, because if they don't, it's not safe.
