Default How to Replace Cup Holder part in console of 2003 Odyssey

How do you install the Rubber flap inside the cupholder located in the adjustable console between the front seats of a 2003 Odyssey?

I was told you need to remove the top. Looking at it I see screws from below, but wondered if it would just snap off?

I would really appreciate help with this. I already have the part. It's a flimsy piece of plastic and I paid $7 for it. They wanted $100 to install it.

I'd like to do it right. But if I have too, I'll just get some hot glue and stick it in there!

Help!
