Default Honda Civic EX 98 automatic trans problem

I have an intermittant problem with the transmission

it sometime gets hard to switch from reverse to park and even stay jammed in reverse sometimes . it can work fine for a month then it start having those problem for a couple of days then the problem dissapear the problem is only from reverse to park and the transmission works fine on the road ( all the 4 speeds change very smoothly )

i have checked and lubricated the control lever and the shift cable (not rusted ),the shift interlock selenoid works fine

the problem seem to be coming from the transmission itself

can someone help me with this ?
