Got to pepboys buy intake $70, neon lights from inside $20, headlight bulbs $15 (blue), Window tint $70, exhaust cut outs $25, muffler $50, stereo $80, speakers $50, seat covers $30, engine dress ups $40, nice fog lights $35 (blue or yellow), new gauges $30, Thats all in mind..is your honda a 4 or 6 cylinder?

i would suggest to keep the body stock, but buy a suspension lowering kit and save your money for a good vtec motor that goes around 1000 dollars, riced out hondas are getting old keep it JDM!

Well, you don't want people to scold you for spending money on a honda...But you don't want to spend any money anyway...So why spend little or no money to make your car look terrible?You can't spend 0$ and expect something awesome.All you are gonna get, is some cardboard covered 'thing' that people will point and laugh at.All I can say, is just save your money, read up about cars (Your car, if thats all you care about) and do it right. You have three options:1) Fast and reliable, isn't cheap.2) Cheap and fast isn't reliable.3) Cheap and reliable isn't fast.

lower it, get some rims that you like & put a front lip on it,,, you should also go to an accord fourm and look at some pics to get ideas
